Job Title: IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled onsite support specialist to provide technical assistance to clients in the Asia Pacific and EMEA regions.

This is a casual, on-call position with adhoc dispatch requirements, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

Responsibilities:
  • Resolve desktop and network issues efficiently
  • Install and upgrade operating systems as needed
  • Apply patches and perform hardware/software break-fix tasks
  • Configure LAN, WAN, switches, and routers (CCNA or higher certification preferred)
  • Administer MS Office installations
Requirements:
  • Experience in troubleshooting desktop and network issues
  • Able to install OS and apply patches effectively
  • Familiarity with WiFi and basic network concepts
  • Able to carry standard tools and connect to Cisco routers using console cables
  • Excellent business English and local language skills
Tools to Carry:
  • Laptop with Windows 8/10 and administrative rights
  • Cisco console cable and necessary drivers
  • Putty, TeamViewer, TFTP server, screwdriver set, internet data card
