About the Role

This is a permanent role that requires flexibility across a range of operating hours on weekdays, weekday evenings, and weekends. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to customers in our broad range of products and services.

You will work closely with our team to ensure great customer service is always delivered, operate as a proud Officeworks brand ambassador, and contribute to a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same.
