Job Description:

The Rostering Expert will be responsible for continuously improving rostering and allocation practice in a community-based setting. This involves identifying opportunities to optimise service flexibility, cost-effectiveness, client outcomes, and staff capacity.

The ideal candidate will have experience in human services, human resources, or a related field, with a proven track record of planning and organising work to meet quality standards. They will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage frequent updates from staff and team leaders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in human services, human resources, or a related discipline
  • Relevant experience in the community services environment
  • High level proficiency in common computer packages, including Windows and Microsoft programs
