Real Estate Sales Coordinator

About the Role:
The Sales and Campaign Administrator will provide administrative support to a high-performing sales team in a dynamic and innovative real estate agency. This role involves managing properties from prospecting to settlement, setting up and finalising agent commissions, and ensuring accurate compliance of documentation associated with listing and selling properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide sales administration support to the sales team
- Manage properties from prospecting to settlement
- Set up and finalise agent commissions
- Ensure accurate compliance of documentation associated with listing and selling properties
- Contact and consult with valuers, building/pest inspectors, council and solicitors to ensure the smooth progress of sale and all appointments are on time and efficiently run
- Liaise with vendors, tenants, and outside agencies to arrange access and prepare the property for a photo shoot and past/building inspections
- Prepare all pre-auction sales summaries, auction packs, and original contracts
Requirements:
- Certificate of Registration in Real Estate is essential
- 12+ months experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Sound knowledge of Agentbox and Excel
- Great presentational skills
- A keen interest in Real Estate and progression
- Be a motivated self-starter
