Job Overview

We are seeking a driven professional to join our team in Sydney and train, advise & support software customers within the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support leading developers, utilities and funds to integrate software products into their decision-making processes
  • Meet with clients in-person and virtually to support their usage of software products, building relationships to help grow and retain our client base in APAC
  • Guide customers as they use the software suite to conduct asset valuations and construct long-term power market scenarios to inform their market view
  • Troubleshoot wide-ranging client requests and help clients interpret complex results, using your power markets knowledge and data analysis skills
  • Onboard new accounts and develop deep knowledge about their use cases for our products, leveraging technical expertise across our software suite and relevant power markets knowledge
  • Represent the client's voice internally, conveying feedback to the product teams in order to refine product roadmaps
  • Actively contribute to knowledge building and expanding the capabilities of the team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a STEM subject
  • At least 1 year of professional exposure in an analytical, client-facing role with B2B experience
  • Deep interest in the energy transition and SaaS products
  • Self-starter with creative problem-solving approach and ability to rapidly assimilate new knowledge
  • Passion for working with clients across the energy sector
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate and collaborate with both technically and non-technically minded parties on a range of complex topics
  • Able to analyse, interpret and derive insights from complex quantitative data and information
  • Customer-first mindset with the confidence to pursue outcomes mutually beneficial to all stakeholders
