Job Opportunity: Software Support Specialist

This position requires a skilled professional to troubleshoot and resolve production issues escalated by Regional Support for our payment solution. The ideal candidate will analyze problems, develop mitigation strategies, and implement solutions to minimize downtime.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing advanced software support for payment solutions
  • Collaborating with Operations to mitigate the impact of production issues
  • Developing tools for troubleshooting and internal use
  • Reviewing, creating, and distributing guidelines and best practices
  • Identifying opportunities to improve service efficiencies

Required Skills:

  • Problem-solving skills and experience in troubleshooting software issues
  • Proficiency in C/C++, Python, shell scripts development, and Linux environments
  • Experience in Oracle or PostgreSQL and understanding of TCP/IP and SSL/TLS
  • Knowledge of payment solutions and cryptography
