The Opportunity

As a Cyber & Information Security Manager at EML, you will play a crucial role in supporting service delivery and driving continual improvement related to technology cyber and information security governance across the organization.

Your key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and managing the strategic direction, performance, and sustainability of the Cyber & Information Security function. This includes overseeing and delivering a scalable, efficient, collaborative, and effective customer-centric operating model.

Additionally, you will manage the Information Security Strategy, ensuring alignment with required Technology governance standards, as well as EML's operational goals and objectives. You will also maintain EML's ISMS to remain ISO27001 certified.

In this role, you will lead a small team of security analysts and engineers who operate various security platforms to support EML's security operations. You will review identified security breaches to ensure that EML's assets and information are appropriately secured.

You will identify, manage, and respond to disruptions or failures in EML's information processing systems. Furthermore, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cyber security initiatives and enhance overall IT resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the strategic direction, performance, and sustainability of the Cyber & Information Security function.
  • Manage the Information Security Strategy and ensure alignment with required Technology governance standards and EML's operational goals and objectives.
  • Maintain EML's ISMS to remain ISO27001 certified.
  • Lead a small team of security analysts and engineers who operate various security platforms in line with supporting EML's security operations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cyber security initiatives and enhance overall IT resilience.

About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in a similar information security management role, preferably in a fast-paced financial or government environment. You should have demonstrated experience in compliance and regulatory requirements, strong experience in ISO27001 ISMS management, and relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM.

In addition to your technical expertise, you should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
