Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for flotation equipment and aftermarket solutions
  • Build strategic relationships with mining companies, EPCMs, and service providers
  • Drive market development strategies in Australia and South East Asia
  • Collaborate with engineering, service, and product management teams to achieve common goals
  • Develop comprehensive proposals, lead negotiations, and close contracts successfully
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences and customer events
  • Provide valuable market intelligence and feedback
Requirements
  • Degree in Mining, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (or relevant field)
  • 5+ years' experience in business development, sales, or account management within mineral processing
  • Strong technical understanding of flotation circuits and processing challenges
  • Proven track record of sales growth and market expansion
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Australia and South East Asia
