Key Business Initiatives Specialist

The role of the Key Business Initiatives Specialist is pivotal in driving key initiatives within a strategic roadmap. Working in focused cycles, you will tackle discrete packages of work, from problem identification through to solution design and implementation.

What We're Looking For

A highly experienced specialist with strong capability in techniques such as requirements analysis and management, process improvement, systems analysis, data modelling, and cost-benefit analysis. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between technical specialists and business users in an Agile environment.

  • Translate complex documentation into clear, actionable insights.

Industry Knowledge & Technical Skills

Experience in health or clinical settings, and/or knowledge of TAC claims management processes and the Fineos application will be highly regarded. Proficiency with relevant tools such as Microsoft Office, Miro, Visio, Atlassian, and familiarity with CI or project management methodologies.
