Job Title:

Receptionist Specialist

Role Overview

This role is responsible for providing excellent front-line services and administrative support to contribute to the success of our specialist services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional reception services, ensuring adequate cover at all times.
  • Meet and greet clients, visitors, and patients in a welcoming manner.
  • Answer telephone calls promptly and take messages with attention to detail.
  • Address general inquiries, escalating as necessary to maintain seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment throughout the waiting room and reception area.
  • Offer high-quality client services to all clients, including allied health and specialist services.
  • Prioritize patient needs when necessary and screen urgent phone calls, referring to relevant clinicians as required.
  • Optimize appointment management and patient flow to achieve high booking and attendance rates.
Requirements
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload effectively, maintaining attention to detail.
  • Previous experience working with electronic Patient Management Systems (PMS).
  • Current driver's license and valid criminal history check.
  • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and CPR Certification.
