About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Australia, focusing on water and wastewater infrastructure projects. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will drive technical excellence and collaborate effectively with local and national teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute civil designs from concept to detailed design, ensuring high technical standards and producing high-quality technical documentation.
  • Support the design team in improving client feedback, enhancing satisfaction, and exceeding expectations.
  • Participate in project and design management across various projects and programs.
  • Mentor and develop emerging professionals.
  • Collaborate effectively within teams, particularly on large-scale, multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects and programs.
About You

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with experience in engineering consultancy or design roles, preferably in the water industry. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent and proven experience in a consultancy environment. Experience in design management of water and wastewater infrastructure projects is highly advantageous.

You should have good knowledge of relevant industry-related Australian Standards and WSAA codes, as well as well-developed use and understanding of Civil 3D modelling software. Ability to submit technical reports to a high standard is also essential.
