Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Project Coordinator to join our team at Engineering Networks Pty Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects in various locations in NSW, coordinating site activities, and ensuring the successful delivery of pump, pipe, water, and civil infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in site project coordination for industrial and civil applications, with a strong understanding of pumps, piping, or civil infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to a work scope
  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of pump and water infrastructure builds
  • Operate civil plant and equipment
  • Maintain an orderly and safe working environment
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
  • Prepare and submit project performance reports
  • Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning

Requirements

  • Proven experience in site project coordination for industrial and civil applications
  • An understanding of pumps, piping, or civil infrastructure
  • Experience with operating civil plant and equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and forward plan
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Civil engineering or relevant technical civil background is preferred
  • Valid driver's licence
