About the Role:

This position is responsible for supporting the VP, Operations APAC in designing, building, and implementing tailored solutions to deliver new and existing ANZ opportunities. Working in partnership with Product Leaders, Strategic Workstream Leaders, and Cross-Functional Leaders to design capabilities that meet client needs, continuously assessing areas to improve existing programs, drafting enhancement plans, and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Strategy, Product, Sales, Client Management, IT, and Operations teams to align on solutions needed for strategic plan delivery
  • Support end-to-end solution design for reusable, configurable products while maintaining a customer-centric focus
  • Execute complex solution delivery, managing elements from concept to design, financial modeling, journey mapping, partner selection, testing, evaluation, and rollout
  • Provide subject matter expertise to cross-functional teams, working with local Strategic Account Directors as a conduit between Assurant and external experts
  • Partner with Product Development and Compliance to ensure regulatory guidelines and internal policy adherence
  • Cultivate strong relationships with functional areas, understanding their goals and objectives while balancing priorities to meet business objectives
  • Assist in rolling out solutions to markets as directed by strategy, product, or capability, establishing necessary rapport for effective integration

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, or related discipline
  • At least 6 years of professional experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in IT/business consulting
  • Strong knowledge of IT applications in business contexts
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a strategic framework
  • Proactive and willing to learn and ask questions
  • Outstanding project management skills encompassing organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to process complex data and information, make decisions, and communicate actions
