About the Role

You'll be responsible for delivering high-impact technical engagements to enterprise customers, working closely with account teams to design and implement customized solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Customer Engagements: Collaborate with customers to develop tailored technical solutions that meet their unique needs, leveraging capabilities across the entire Microsoft cloud platform.
  • Solution Design: Apply your technical expertise to design and implement innovative solutions that showcase the power of Microsoft's cloud offerings.
  • Set Vision: Work with customers to create a clear and compelling digital vision, using your technical knowledge to bring their ambitions to life.
  • Build Strategy: Map customer vision into actionable implementation plans, resolving technical blockers and validating strong business cases for investment.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need a deep understanding of Microsoft's cloud solutions, as well as excellent consulting and architectural skills. With 8+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience), you'll possess a proven track record of driving customer success and growth.
