Join the Woolworths Group team as a Hotel Operations Manager at the Toongabbie Hotel, where you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the hotel. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Venue Manager in leading teams, recruitment, and training staff.
- Developing and training the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the Venue, including opening and closing procedures, back-of-house administration, recruiting team members, rostering, and assisting guests.
- Bringing your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests.
- Being creative and developing and growing the business through your own initiatives.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a motivated and inspiring leader with demonstrated management experience within the hospitality industry. You should have predominantly gaming experience, ideally working across food, bars, and gaming. You will also need to have the ability to lead, develop, and coach a large, multi-skilled team, as well as operational experience to achieve financial and business targets. Highly developed customer service skills are essential, and current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications are required. Marketing knowledge is a plus, but not necessary.
