Assistant Property Manager

We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team in Sydney. This 12-month fixed-term contract will be based in a premium commercial property located in Sydney CBD. As part of our team, you'll play a key role in delivering customer-focused property services and provide top-notch administrative support to the General Manager and Property Manager, ensuring smooth operations by following established processes and systems.

  • Work closely with the property administration team to ensure Voyager tenant records and accurate and audit ready at all times
  • Liasing with tenants and feeding back to the team
  • Assisting Property Managers on inspections
  • Working closely with the marketing team
  • Facilitate the preparation, collation, and delivery of tenancy related documentation to assist in the effective management of assets
  • Work closely with the Property Managers to undertake lease renewals and assist with leasing activities
  • Assist with monthly reports in accordance with the Service Agreement and timetable
  • Prepare tenant maintenance forms, verify invoices, and issue tenant rent review letters
  • Assist with annual audit processes for assigned assets

What we're looking for:

  • Preferable to have either a Degree in Business or Property
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Competent in MS Word and Excel
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in an administrative capacity in a corporate environment
  • Proficient communication skills (verbal and written) including report writing
