About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team at Investa. As a key member of our property services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our tenants, managing day-to-day property operations, and supporting the General Manager in the efficient performance and management of our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the property administration team to ensure accurate and audit-ready tenant records.
  • Liaise with tenants and feed back to the team to ensure their needs are met.
  • Assist Property Managers on inspections and provide support with lease renewals and leasing activities.
  • Facilitate the preparation, collation, and delivery of tenancy-related documentation to assist in the effective management of assets.
  • Prepare tenant maintenance forms, verify invoices, and issue tenant rent review letters.
  • Assist with monthly reports in accordance with the Service Agreement and timetable.
  • Support the Property Managers with annual audit processes for assigned assets.

What You'll Need:

  • A degree in business or property (preferable).
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Competence in MS Word and Excel.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in an administrative capacity in a corporate environment.
  • Proficient communication skills (verbal and written) including report writing.
