Regional Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Regional Manager to oversee the performance of retail stores within a designated area. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and excellence in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience by ensuring that both yourself and your team demonstrate a commitment to meeting customer needs.
  • To maximise sales from key merchandising areas through effective planning and execution.
  • Achieve budgeted expenses and contribute to the overall profitability of the region.
  • Manage the store roster for the stores within the region, ensuring appropriate distribution of Team time and punctual attendance.
  • Strive to achieve and exceed set sales targets within the designated area.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in a retail environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to define clear goals and objectives to drive successful outcomes.
