Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Area Leader to spearhead our Footwear division in NSW & QLD.

This key role will oversee a network of Footwear retail stores and Concession outlets, driving sales growth, fostering a high-performing culture, and developing talent internally.

  • Lead by example, driving sales performance and ensuring staff are aligned with store goals.
  • Prepare and manage monthly rosters to optimize store budgets.
  • Manage escalated store or customer complaints as required.
  • Nurture the growth and development of direct reports to create a pipeline of future leaders within our retail network.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including department stores and centre management.

Key Responsibilities:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Area Manager in fashion apparel or footwear business.
  • Ability to travel independently to stores and the Support Office as required.
  • Strong financial acumen, communication skills, and ability to coach/influence.
  • Results-driven and motivational leadership qualities.
  • Ability to think critically and respond promptly to changing situations.
