Job Opportunity: BPM/CRM Solution Designer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced BPM/CRM solution designer to join our team. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions that meet the needs of large programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Incorporate Pega with enterprise systems to deliver seamless integration.
  • Create high-quality, enterprise-class structures and reusable components that drive business value.
  • Develop innovative solutions to enhance the capabilities of the Pega platform.
  • Ensure timely delivery through effective unit testing and adherence to best practices.

Requirements:

  • Possess a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative delivery models.
  • Hold a Pega Certified Lead System Architect (mandatory) certification.
  • Hold a Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification.
  • Demonstrate expertise in object-oriented design, databases, and enterprise architecture principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in finance, credit, or automotive domains.
