As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of Appian projects. This hands-on position requires strong technical skills and leadership abilities to mentor teams and manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting pre-sales activities, developing technical solutions, and understanding commercial market dynamics. A strong background in software consulting is preferred, with expertise in ERP, CRM, BPM/Workflow, Data Integration Architecture, or EAI. They should also be proficient in coding, building, and integrating web services, designing complex solutions, and designing databases.

The successful candidate will interface with various stakeholders, including delivery partners within the region. They will work together to augment Appian-led engagements with partner resources or supplement partner-led engagements with Appian resources. Additionally, they will provide post-sales ownership over multiple accounts and support new business software and services opportunities.

Beyond technical expertise, excellent communication skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have experience with Business Value Analysis, Agile project management at scale, and be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
