Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy Appian-based applications with 4-8 years of client-facing experience in analysis, design, development, and application deployment.
Stay up-to-date with automation and low-code trends, standards, and practices.
Understand ERP, CRM, BPM/Workflow, Data Integration Architecture, or EAI and/or enterprise architecture, including data management.
Lead teams and coach junior staff in Appian custom development.
Familiarity with multiple automation and low-code platforms.
Essential Skills and Competencies
Foster a positive team environment focused on advanced technical knowledge, effective collaboration, and positive customer outcomes.
Solve highly complex technical problems using Appian and other supporting platforms.
Bring application development expertise in Appian BPM and experience using Appian connectors and web services.
Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with organizational financial guidelines.
Lead development teams and actively troubleshoot issues.
