Job Title: Educational Leader

Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our management team and drive excellence in early childhood education.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS, with proven experience in leadership roles in an early childhood setting. They will be able to inspire and motivate educators, fostering continuous improvement and excellence in practice.

Key Responsibilities include leading reflective discussions to enhance practice and implementation of learning frameworks, supporting and mentoring staff, collaborating with families and early childhood professionals, and ensuring compliance with policies and service standards.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent/higher qualification as recognized by ACECQA)
  • Current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis
  • Current and valid Australian Work Rights
Desirable Skills:
  • Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
  • Proven experience in leadership roles in an early childhood setting
  • Excellent communication skills for working with families, educators, and external agencies
  • Experience planning, implementing, and assessing high-quality educational programs
