Job Title: Early Childhood Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood professional to join our team as a leadership figure in a 40 place centre located in Southern Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of young children and their families.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of educators and providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality early childhood programs.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood programs.
  • To develop and implement policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children.
  • To provide coaching and mentoring to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • To collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education.
  • Current Child Protection, First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role.
  • Sound understanding of National Education and Care Service Regulation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
