We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood professional to lead our team and provide direction for our centre's overall program. As an Educational Leader, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding the team to ensure that the curriculum is aligned with the centre's vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and guide the team to develop and implement high-quality educational programs
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the centre's overall program
  • Work closely with each room and staff to ensure alignment of the program with the centre and the company's vision and values

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Early Childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels. Requirements:
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Experience working in an Early Childhood setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
