Lead Early Childhood Service and Develop Staff

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, leading our early childhood service in providing high-quality care and education. They will be responsible for staff development and management.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • An ACECQA approved Diploma or Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education.
  • Experience with staff development & leadership; experience in a similar role advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Outstanding level of verbal and written communication.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
