Key Responsibilities:- To provide leadership and guidance to our OSHC teams in delivering high-quality programs that meet the needs of children and families.
- Develop and implement engaging programs using industry-leading tools.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with school communities.
- Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks efficiently.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships, and have experience in the childcare/OSHC industry or similar.
- A completed ACECQA recognised qualification, such as Teaching, Childcare, or Community Services.
- An Employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state.
- Ability to obtain valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and National Criminal History Check.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package including up to 95% discount on enrolment fees with TheirCare, extensive training opportunities, up to $3500 allowances annually, access to an Employee Assistance Program, traineeship opportunities, employee benefits, rewards, and recognition program, flexible administration hours, and support from the Service Coordinator, Area Manager, and Head Office team.
The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $65,000 - $80,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
