- Assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing;
- Supporting with day-to-day tasks like eating and social activities;
- Working collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure care and medication plans are followed;
- Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to a team environment that prioritises resident health and well-being;
- Providing exceptional service to families and the community.
- Proven experience in a PCA role in Aged Care;
- A passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to change;
- A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent); and
- Proof of Covid vaccination.
