Elderly Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality clinical care to elderly residents in line with aged care standards and organisational policies.
- Complete holistic assessments, develop care plans and make informed decisions to guide care staff.
- Manage and direct care assistants in day-to-day activities for residents.
- Support the manager to achieve facility objectives for effective management.
- Record accurate medical records in line with documentation guidelines and legal requirements.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Effective communication skills with residents, families and all levels of staff.
- Strong passion for working with the elderly and commitment to professional growth.
