We are seeking a skilled and compassionate caregiver to join our team. As an experienced Assistant in Nursing (AIN), you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents.
About the Role:
- Assist with medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and personal care for residents.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
- Document care activities accurately and promote a safe environment.
- Support residents with mobility and manual handling needs under RN supervision.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the team to ensure optimal care outcomes.
Requirements:
- Strong passion for delivering high-quality care.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience caring for elderly consumers and managing challenging behaviors.
- Superior written communication and documentation skills.
- Reliable, practical, and able to maintain a safe standard of practice.
- Understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Experience working in a person-centered model of care.
Working Conditions:
8 hour shifts, part-time and casual positions available. In-person work location.
