Administration Officer

We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our team at Tarcoola Residential Aged Care Home in Tara. This is an exciting opportunity to provide efficient and confidential administrative support to our Managers. As an Administration team member, you will play a key role in ensuring the home's administrative processes are streamlined and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing effective operational administrative activities
- Assisting with new admissions to the facility
- Liaising with residents and their families to support the transition into care from an administrative perspective
- Preparation and management of documents and spreadsheet data as required
- Assisting the Manager in updating and managing the roster
- Reception duties – face to face and over the phone
