Job Opportunity: Aged Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a part-time Lifestyle Assistant with PCA experience to join our team in Leopold. As an Aged Care Support Specialist, you will assist in designing and implementing diversional therapy techniques to engage residents in purposeful programs.

About Your Role

You will work closely with our friendly team to enrich the lives of our residents. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing activity plans that cater to individual resident needs
  • Assisting residents in engaging in meaningful and enjoyable activities

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care and Leisure & Health
  • Experience in a residential aged care facility
  • Previous experience as a PCA would be highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience and a positive attitude
  • A current police check and COVID vaccination
