Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned software engineer who excels in designing, implementing, and maintaining technical solutions. As a key member of the Contracting Squad, you will spearhead innovation to transform commerce transactions and elevate platform excellence.

Our team owns systems that utilize a variety of programming languages, databases, and cloud technologies. You will be responsible for developing high-quality code, applying deep expertise in core technical areas, and mentoring team members to grow their skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, and document code adhering to engineering standards
  • Lead strategic initiatives, applying deep expertise
  • Solve complex technical problems while mentoring team members
  • Collaborate with Engineering Manager and Principal Engineer to define technical direction
  • Maintain and enhance existing products, including bug fixes and feature development
  • Drive and deliver high-impact technical improvements
  • Provide production support, including on-call rotation
Required Skills and Qualifications

As a successful candidate, you will possess expertise in building robust, maintainable, scalable systems. You should be comfortable architecting solutions and writing clean, maintainable code. Additionally, you have experience in designing and deploying distributed systems, crafting APIs that scale, and implementing event-driven architectures.
