Job Summary

The role of Field Services Technician plays a vital part in delivering end-to-end installations of telecommunications networks, ensuring customer satisfaction and network integrity.

About the Role

You will work independently to activate and assure telecommunications and technology products and services in residential and commercial settings. Your tasks will include delivering seamless service rectification and product installations, maintaining and installing copper cables, including fault finding, jointing, and networking. You will also manage fibre network technology, core network technology, and data services, as well as maintain and install Customer Premises Equipment for both consumer and business clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants must hold relevant licenses and qualifications, including Certificate I & II in Telecommunications, Open cabling license, Traffic management qualifications, and White card (industry safety).
