**Job Title:** Field Technician - Telecommunications Network Installation

We are seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team as a Telecommunications Linesworker. As a key member of our field operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful installation and maintenance of telecommunications networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist technicians to undertake installation and rectification of all equipment deployed during the project rollout, including radio base stations (RBS), towers, ground feeders, and antennas.
  • Plan and re-plan antennas, terminate and re-terminate cables, label, ground, and sweep test installations.
  • Evaluate site conditions to ensure safe working practices are adhered to when performing working at heights activities.
  • Maintain quality standards by ensuring all staff and subcontractors adhere to client expectations.
  • Audit customer installations to guarantee adherence to established standards.
  • Ensure personal health and fitness levels meet requirements for working at heights and tower rescue operations.

Requirements:

  • All relevant site induction certificates, safety awareness training, and rigging tickets are mandatory for consideration.
  • Ability to travel extensively.
