This role is responsible for the management of hospitality operations at our property, ensuring the safety and security of residents. The successful candidate will be working night shifts on a rotating roster.
The job involves conducting nightly audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions. This includes room charges, cash handling, and credit card transactions.
The Night Manager is also responsible for managing the night shift operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs, responding to guest inquiries and requests, and ensuring smooth operations during the night.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting nightly audits to verify the accuracy of financial transactions.
- Managing the night shift operations, including guest services and incident escalation.
- Ensuring the security and safety of the premises during the night.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as updating reservations and processing payments.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination between shifts.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or operations role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management systems.
- Leadership and supervisory experience and skills.
