Job Title: Hospitality Operations Coordinator
The RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to join our Global Operations Team as a Hospitality Operations Coordinator. As part of our international team, you will be valued from day one and given the chance to make your mark.
We manage infrastructure, systems, and services globally and locally, relating to office workplaces, onsite and remote operational services, security, safety, and other areas.
Your role will involve providing clients with a distinctive experience by working closely with other teams to deliver high-quality, effortless experiences that set us apart from competitors.

Main Responsibilities- Hospitality Services: Provide refreshments, replenish supplies, and ensure client comfort during meetings.
- Reception & Client Service: Greet clients, manage the inbox, and handle urgent queries in receptionists' absences.
- Meeting Room Setup & Support: Arrange furniture, catering, audio-visual equipment, and conference facilities for meetings and events.
- Technical Assistance: Support staff and guests with IT/AV needs, such as connecting presentations, resolving tech issues, and liaising with IT.
- Room & Facility Maintenance: Monitor and report issues, reset rooms after use, and maintain visitor desks.
- Kitchen & Breakout Area Management: Keep shared spaces clean and functional, restock supplies, and perform routine equipment cleaning.
- Office Supplies & Procurement: Order, restock, and manage inventory for stationery, kitchen, cleaning supplies, and process related invoices.
- General Office Administration: Support the Office Operations Manager with building management liaison, security procedures, procedure manuals, and ad hoc administrative tasks.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Corporate boardroom hospitality experience is highly regarded.
- A barista license is desired.
- An RSA (desired).
- Solid communication skills (written and verbal).
- The ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Resourcefulness and proactivity in dealing with issues.
- Organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and pressure-handling skills.
- Flexibility and the ability to work overtime and weekends for special events.
