About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Manager to lead our customer service department. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer service team, ensuring exceptional service and support for our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing policies, programs, and procedures that focus on customer relations and the provision of goods and services.
  • Offering direction and feedback to team members while actively participating in the recruitment process.
  • Leading, motivating, and supporting the professional growth of customer service staff.
  • Strategizing and implementing after-sales services to track customer satisfaction, evaluate product performance, and improve service offerings.
  • Coordinating with other departments, service agents, and customers to understand and meet customer needs and expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track experience in team leadership and managing a diverse team.
  • Planning, managing, and reviewing customer services and after-sales services, and maintaining sound customer relations.
  • Experience in handling escalated client issues and resolving complex problems to ensure a positive client outcome.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaboration across different departments.
  • A valid driving license.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Leadership training with certification.
  • Previous ISO experience is desirable.
