
Customer Service Manager

We are seeking two dynamic and committed individuals to oversee the daily operations of our customer care team.
This pivotal role involves leading by example, motivating and supporting a team of Customer Care Officers to deliver proactive, high-quality service across multiple channels.
To be successful in this position, you will require strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Certificate IV in a customer service, business administration or related discipline, or equivalent experience in a customer service supervisory role.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising a team within a contact centre environment.
- Demonstrated experience in revenue receipting activities and financial reconciliations.
- High-level skills in coaching, providing feedback, and training teams to achieve their best potential.
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritise own work and that of employees.
- High-level initiative and situational problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively handle challenging situations.
Appointment is subject to provision of a satisfactory National Police Certificate.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Customer Care Officers to deliver proactive, high-quality service across multiple channels.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide coaching, feedback, and training to team members to enhance their performance.
Monitor and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements
Certificate IV in a customer service, business administration or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of experience in a customer service supervisory role.
Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
