Operational efficiency is crucial for a business to succeed, and that's where our team comes in. We're seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our growing customer service operations team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and product teams.

We're looking for someone who can multitask with ease, prioritize tasks efficiently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer orders into the ERP system in an efficient and timely manner
  • Supporting business administration management of assigned business organizations
  • Supporting consolidation of all accounting, financial reporting, and other finance-related operations
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including backorders, inventory on hand, and delivery schedules
