Service Operations Specialist

Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions is a global leading supplier of equipment and tools, parts, service and technical solutions for the mining and construction industries.

This role will play an integral part in the service operation by supporting the team and providing excellent customer service and execution of administration tasks for internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process field service and warranty jobs
  • Provide guidance and assistance to customers to support the warranty submission process
  • Participate in Work In Progress (WIP) reviews
  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Service Centre
  • Raise and receipt purchase orders
  • Create dispatch and return documents
  • Liaise with Accounts Receivable and Finance on customer credit issues
  • General administration, data entry, invoicing and raising service entries as required

To perform well in this role, you will require excellent time management skills and be highly organised.

Essential Skills:
  • A confident user of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Aurora or similar enterprise management software
