About the Opportunity

We are seeking skilled professionals to manage billing, liaise with stakeholders such as Medicare and health funds, and process financial transactions in accordance with legislative, statutory, and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate records, resolving complex revenue-related issues, and improving administrative practices that ensure the financial health of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing multiple billing systems, preparing a range of documents and reports for internal and external stakeholders, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with billing systems, with the ability to analyse and report on findings
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of applicable policies and legislation pertaining to billing requirements in an accounts setting
  • High-level interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare a range of documents and reports
  • Developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to plan, prioritise and organise own work
  • Experience working within an environment requiring sensitivity and consideration in relation to confidentiality and privacy
