Job Overview

This is a full-time position located at the University's Callaghan Campus.

  • Support the Associate Director, Delivery, and broader team to ensure high-level execution of financial oversight, performance tracking, and strategic reporting.
  • Lead a team of staff members, fostering a collaborative culture to deliver quality support across multiple capability areas.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor financial performance across the delivery team, ensuring effective budgeting, procurement, and reporting are managed and aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Support service delivery operations by maintaining dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators, and delivering meaningful insights to inform decision-making.
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure alignment with the service catalogue and strategic objectives, and source accurate information to support reporting.
Requirements
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and producing meaningful reports that support high-level decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and source critical information.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to think strategically while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting IT Program, Project and Service Delivery in a complex environment.
  • Experience working with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence is highly regarded.
