**The Role**

We are looking for an analytical and results-driven **Financial Manager** to manage financial planning, analysis, and reporting for a diverse client portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and providing insights that support client decision-making and growth. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure financial objectives are met and help guide clients toward sound financial decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Financial Planning & Analysis**: Develop and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes for clients.
- **Reporting**: Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analyses to clients.
- **Strategic Advisory**: Provide expert financial advice on cash flow, budgeting, cost management, and strategic planning to support client growth.
- **Compliance & Risk Management**: Ensure all financial operations are compliant with regulatory requirements and implement risk management strategies.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring high-quality work and fostering professional growth.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and identifying opportunities for value-added support.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CA qualification preferred.
- Proven experience in a financial management role, with a solid understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, with strong attention to detail.
