Community Outreach Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering programs in schools, maintaining meaningful relationships with students and community members, and mentoring First Nation students aged 12-18 years.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver program planning, coordination, and implementation in schools.
- Maintain relationships with students, community members, and school staff.
- Support students through daily bus pickups and drops offs, in-class tutoring, and outside class assistance.
- Facilitate workshops, presentations, and life skills activities.
- Organize physical education activities, including Traditional Indigenous Games.
- Coordinate after-school and weekend activities, excursions, and community events.
- Qualifications in teaching, social sciences, Indigenous studies, coaching, youth and community services, or Health.
- Facilitation skills and experience working with children and young people.
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- Experience engaging with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and organisations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
