Strategic Portfolio Manager

This role involves supporting the RSEL Boards and Chief Member Officer in overseeing and monitoring the implementation of the Trustee's strategy and key initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the Trustees to develop and implement strategies focused on delivering quality member outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive quality member outcomes;
- Provide oversight and challenge to legislated member outcome assessments processes and outputs;
- Lead key Trustee and product initiatives, driving operational efficiency and improving member experience;
- Collaborate with the Group Finance team to provide financial oversight and manage expenses and costs.
Requirements:
- Strong executive communication, presentation and influencing skills;
- Ability to navigate environments undergoing significant change;
- Proven experience in managing a team in the delivery of professional services;
- Excellent relationship building, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
