Customer Experience Leader

We are seeking an experienced Part Time Store Supervisor to join our team.

This part-time position involves working 20 hours per week and requires a strong leader who can create memorable customer connections, assist in training and development, and manage stock volumes.

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Leader, you will be responsible for leading by example, creating honest and empowering customer connections, assisting in the training and development of the team, executing Visual Merchandising in-store, managing high stock volumes, including processing deliveries, multi-tasking during quieter periods on the shop floor, and communicating effectively and delegating tasks.
