Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, creating memorable and empowering customer connections
  • Assist in the training and development of your team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Manage high stock volumes, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
  • Develop and maintain strong communication and delegation skills
  • Self-motivate and multitask during quieter periods, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational and ad-hoc tasks as required
