**Job Overview:**

The successful candidate will have extensive experience as a Lead Hand or Junior Working Foreman working on high-end architectural homes. **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead high-profile builds on high-end architectural homes valued at $2 million plus.
  • Collaborate with top architects and interior designers to deliver exceptional results.

**Requirements:**

  1. Similar background experience as a Lead Hand or Junior Working Foreman working on high-end architectural homes.
  2. Carpentry background with CERT IV in Building & Construction or relevant tertiary qualifications.
  3. Demonstrated working experience as 2IC or 3IC on high-end jobs with basement construction and suspended slabs is also required.
