- Utilize data-driven insights to guide product improvements and meet strategic goals.
- Influence product strategy and vision by defining key elements such as pricing strategies, underwriting rules, and governance frameworks.
Requirements:
This role requires a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in product management, preferably in the insurance industry. Key qualifications include:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related field.
- Deep understanding of insurance product structure and the ability to draft insurance products.
- Strong analytical skills to integrate inputs from various stakeholders and optimize product lifecycles.
- Proven track record of influencing product strategy, design, governance, and pricing across multiple product classes.
